API for text correctness?

Hi guys,
I'm new in this "domain", and I do need a lot of help
I want to develop two applications in C# that:
1)check that all the terms in a sentence are correct (e.g. they exist
in the English language)
2)check if there are grammar mistakes.

Can you suggest me any API that I can use to build such a two
applications?
