pigz 2.1.3 is available here:

This version avoid issues with the zlib builds on Sun, Ubuntu, and
others that prevents the use of the check combination routines
(crc32_combine() and adler32_combine()) from the shared zlib library by
instead simply including the code for those functions directly into
pigz.
